Training
Policy
Attendance and Participation Requirements
Our training courses are designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and skills to participants. To ensure the best learning experience for all, we have established the following attendance and participation requirements:
Minimum Participant Threshold
Each course has a minimum number of participants required for it to proceed. If this threshold is not met, the course will be cancelled. In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option to:
-
Receive a full refund of any fees paid
-
Reschedule to a future course date
No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend a course without prior notice ("no-shows") will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to maintain the integrity of our course scheduling.
Attendance Requirement
To successfully complete a course and be eligible for any associated certifications, participants must attend at least 90% of the scheduled sessions. This requirement ensures that participants can fully absorb the relevant material and gain the necessary skills and knowledge.
Missed Sessions
We do not offer make-up or special sessions for participants who miss scheduled course time, either in part or in full. It is the responsibility of each participant to manage their attendance and ensure they meet the 90% attendance requirement.
Monitoring Attendance
To support these policies, we implement the following practices:
-
Clear communication of attendance expectations at the start of each course.
-
Consistent tracking of participant attendance throughout the course duration.
-
Regular review of attendance records to identify any potential issues or patterns.
We encourage all participants to prioritize their attendance and active engagement in the course to maximize their learning outcomes and ensure eligibility for any associated certifications.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
ITTD Space is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of all parties involved in our training courses. We have established comprehensive policies to safeguard both licensed and proprietary course materials.
Licensed Course Materials
For licensed course materials, (e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)), all intellectual property rights remain with the respective license holders. These materials are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the licensors.
ITTD Space Proprietary Materials
For course materials developed by ITTD Space, we reserve all intellectual property rights. Each course material will clearly indicate its associated license type.
Usage Rights and Restrictions
Unless otherwise specified, students are granted the following rights for all course materials:
-
Personal use for learning and reference
-
No sharing, distribution, or commercial exploitation
-
No creation of derivative works
In some cases, we may employ more permissive intellectual property licenses, such as open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GNU). When applicable, these specific terms will be clearly stated within the course materials.
Copyright Protection
All course materials are protected by copyright law. This protection is automatic and does not require registration. We include prominent copyright notices on all our training materials to indicate ownership and protection status.
Confidentiality Obligations
By participating in our courses, students agree to:
-
Maintain the confidentiality of all course content
-
Use the materials solely for personal educational purposes
-
Refrain from sharing, distributing, or using the materials for commercial gain

Exceptions and Special Permissions
If a student or organization requires an exception to use our intellectual property beyond the scope of these policies, they must contact us at support@ittd.space for explicit written permission. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Employee and Trainer Awareness
We provide clear guidelines to all employees, trainers, and team members on handling and safeguarding training materials to minimize the risk of inadvertent infringement or disclosure.
Monitoring and Enforcement
ITTD Space regularly monitors the usage and distribution of its course materials. We conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with our policies and to identify any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to address any unauthorized use or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Online and On-Site Training
At ITTD Space, we offer both online and on-site training options to cater to diverse learning preferences and organizational needs. Our approach is designed to balance the convenience of remote learning with the effectiveness of face-to-face instruction.
Training Delivery Methods
We provide two primary modes of training delivery:
-
Online Training: Conducted through virtual platforms, offering flexibility and accessibility.
-
On-Site Training: Delivered at physical locations, providing direct interaction and hands-on experience.
Location Selection
For on-site trainings, we carefully select locations to ensure optimal learning environments. If you have specific location requirements or preferences for on-site training, please contact us at support@ittd.space. We welcome suggestions and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Adaptation of Course Content
To maximize the effectiveness of each delivery method, we may modify course content and materials:
-
Online Trainings: Utilize digital tools such as virtual whiteboards, online collaboration platforms, and interactive presentation software.
-
On-Site Trainings: Employ physical materials, tangible resources, and face-to-face interaction techniques.
These adaptations are meticulously designed to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the training, regardless of the delivery method.
Technology Integration
Even in on-site trainings, participants may be required to use laptops and engage in online collaboration for certain exercises and presentations. This blended approach ensures that learners are comfortable with both physical and digital work environments.
Training Duration
The duration of online and on-site trainings may vary due to differences in pacing and interaction dynamics:
-
Online trainings may be structured with more frequent breaks and potentially extended over a longer period to accommodate screen fatigue.
-
On-site trainings might be more intensive, leveraging the benefits of in-person interaction and minimizing distractions.
We will clearly communicate the expected duration for each training format when you register for a course.
Equivalence in Learning Outcomes
Despite the differences in delivery methods, we assure that both online and on-site trainings are designed to achieve equivalent learning outcomes. Our instructional design team works diligently to ensure that all participants, regardless of the training format, receive comprehensive and effective instruction.
By offering both online and on-site training options, we aim to provide flexible, high-quality learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our clients while maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our training programs.
Accessibility and Accommodations
At ITTD Space, we are committed to providing inclusive training experiences. While our trainings have limited accessibility features, we strive to accommodate differently abled persons to the best of our ability.
Requesting Accessibility Accommodations
If you require specific accessibility accommodations (wheel chair access, hearing aids, visual aids), please inform us at support@ittd.space prior to the training. We will work diligently to meet your needs and ensure a positive learning experience.
On-Site Training Accommodations
For on-site trainings, participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and ensuring their presence at the training location. ITTD Space is not liable for making these arrangements.

By clearly communicating our policies on accessibility, accommodations, and technological requirements, we aim to create a supportive and efficient learning environment for all participants. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and productive training experience.
